Hi I’m Alex Green
Everyone calls me Oleg, no idea why the name stuck, but it did… and I’ve grown to love it!
Oleg means “blessed” or “holy”, which lines up pretty well with what I’m trying to build here. A business that helps people grow, without selling their soul to greed like your competitors.
What I Do
I am the director of Oleg Marketing, a full-service creative and digital marketing company, marketing support for entrepreneurs who want to grow. Logos, branding, graphics, videos, strategy, PPC, SEO, blog content, research… It’s all on the table. My full range of services are available [on my services page.]
But what makes it all work is the way I approach it. Creative first, so my services and solutions are always tailored to your business needs. I don’t do copy paste marketing. I don’t follow the book. I design a new growth strategy for each client, with custom marketing plans.
Who I Work With
After 2020, I landed a role as a marketing assistant to a sales consultant. I didn’t expect to fall in love with the field, but I did. From there, I taught myself everything I could, using all the knowledge in sales I learned from that job. There is no better place to work in marketing than a sales consultancy company.
Now I work with SME owners who want to actually grow, not just tick boxes. People with a bit of ambition, who care about what they’re building, to drive inbound growth!
And I especially love working with churches and charities, good people doing real things for the world. If you’re in it for community, purpose, or even faith, I’m all in with you.
I am also Lincoln bound. As much as I offer services outside of Lincolnshire, you will get the best results with me as a local business.
Why I Do This
I’ve seen too many business owners burn out. No time, no freedom, all money stuck in the business. They miss dinners, skip holidays, and sometimes work themselves sick. That doesn’t sit right with me.
So I built Oleg Marketing to change that, to help people grow their business and get their life back! Most of this can all be achieved with SEO services as this is responsible for over 50% of your lead gen.

I’m a big talker. Meetings sometimes run over. Way over. But I am focused, ambitious, and I treat every challenge like it’s personal.
